By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Vialsafekee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. Vialsafekee reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaim any liability for any content submitted by users.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the services immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vialsafekee, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

In no event shall Vialsafekee’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions provided in the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
